PROHBITED ACTIVITIES

(e) engage in activities or submit content that promote information that is false, misleading or promote illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
(f) submit content that contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images;
(g) submit content that displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
(h) submit content that provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
(i) submit any content which violates federal, state or local Fair Housing Laws;
(j) engage in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes;
(k) engage in activities or submit content that solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;

(l) Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the Site;

(m) Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Site;

TERMINATION OF SERVICE, CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNTS, REFUNDS

 

BuyRenter.com may terminate your access to the Site if BuyRenter.com believes that your use of the Site, Service and/or any User Content you provided on a property listing has violated or is inconsistent with the Terms of Use policies, violated the rights of BuyRenter.com or another User or the law. You further agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to BuyRenter.com for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations.

• BuyRenter.com is not obligated to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a User because you have violated these Terms of Use.




• No contract is required in addition to agreement to these Terms of Use policy unless otherwise specifically provided and agreed to between the parties. In such cases, you agree to abide by the written contract and further agree under such other contract unless otherwise provided in writing, that the Terms of Use policies herein remain in effect and full force.




• You may deactivate any listing and remove it from the market at any time and reactivate it later. However, you will still be responsible for payment of bills related to the leads that were generated during the prior activation period. • BuyRenter.com will only issue refunds if we can validate that the leads generated were in error or were false. A false lead is defined as a lead that contacts the property owner/manager/landlord for a reason other than an interest in renting the property. We will not issue refunds for leads that contact the property owner/manager/landlord with an interest in renting the property but decide they are no longer interested after contact is made.
