On the Home Page use the search tools. You can click on the state map or you can enter a city and state as well as the price range you are looking in.
Placing an ad is very easy. The first step is to click the Register link located at the top of the page. Once you register, you will be logged into the web site and ready to place an ad. Click the Add a Listing link located in the Control Panel. On the Add Listing page you will be asked to enter information about your property. Fill in the necessary information about your property. Be descriptive and thorough so potential tenants can learn as much as possible about your property. Once you have entered all the necessary information, you can click on the Upload Picture icon which allows you to upload as many as 10 pictures.Click on the submit button once you are done downloading pictures and you will be taken to the Shopping Cart. From the Shopping Cart you can click Create New Ad to create another ad or click Next Step to continue to the refundable deposit screen where you can pay the refundable deposit and allow your property to be listed on Buyrenter.com.
On the Add Property page, scroll down to the bottom and check the box next to Upload Picture. Then using the 10 available slots, you can upload pictures related to the property that are located on your computer
Click on the forgot password link in the Sign In page. Enter your email address and your password will be emailed to you.

Click on the register link on the front page . This takes you to a registration page where you will be required to input information such as your name and contact information. Once you have completed registration, you will be allowed taken to a property input screen that allows you to place an ad. Placing the ad itself requires inputting the appropriate data regarding your property on the input screen. From there you will be taken to a payment screen for the $25 refundable deposit. Once you have paid the refundable deposit, your property will be ready to appear on the BuyRenter.com website.
How much does it cost to place an ad ?
It is free to place an add . There is a refundable deposit of $25 paid up front. You will be billed $2.50 for each lead that you receive. A lead is defined as a potential tenant that contacts you regarding a property listing via this website. The lead will contain the potential tenants name, phone number and email address. We keep track of the potential tenants contacting you.
What if potential tenants contacting me on BuyRenter.com are not interested in my rental property?
If you get a potential tenant lead through BuyRenter.com that contacts you for a reason other than an interest in renting your property, you can contact us at refunds@buyrenter.com and we will not bill you for that lead.
How do I contact the property owner/landlord/property manager for a property that I am interested in?
Contact the property owner/landlord/property manager via the contact form provided on the property information screen. You will be required to enter your name, email address and telephone number prior to be allowed to contact the property owner/landlord/property manager. An email will be sent to you with the property owner/landlord/property managers contact information.
BuyRenter.com bills clients based on the number of times they are contacted by a potential tenant regarding a property they have listed on the website. BuyRenter.com will refund any payments made by the landlord provided we can authenticate that they were contacted by a party for a reason other than an interest in renting the property listed on this website.
